Greg Fournier is Managing Principal of Greenbrook Partners. Mr. Fournier leads the overall management of the firm, including oversight of acquisitions, deal execution, new business and financing activities. Prior to forming Greenbrook Partners, he was Managing Director at East End Capital, an operating company with 2.5 million square feet of office, retail and residential real estate in New York City. In this position, he directed all capital markets activities for the firm. Prior to East End, Mr. Fournier co-managed real estate investments at The Olayan Group, a private investment company based in New York City with $1.5 billion of invested equity in real estate. In this role, he oversaw direct real estate transactions and was responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing investments in public and private real estate companies, single asset and portfolio acquisitions, and development joint ventures. Mr. Fournier earned a B.A. in Economics from Boston University and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Fred LeCao is a Principal at Greenbrook Partners. Mr. LeCao is involved in all aspects of Greenbrook's investment activities with a primary focus on asset management and financing. Prior to joining Greenbrook Partners, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets and Portfolio Management at UC Funds, a private commercial real estate lender with $1.5 billion AUM. In this position, he led global capital raising and joint venture initiatives with institutional investors. Prior to UC Funds, Mr. LeCao was Vice President at Greenwood Energy, an investment subsidiary of Libra Group, a multi-billion dollar family office with extensive real estate holdings. Previously, Mr. LeCao was Vice President at BlackRock where he was responsible for underwriting commercial real estate debt investments across property types and markets. Mr. LeCao earned a B.S. in Business from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a recipient of the Robert Toigo Fellowship.
Lea Y.H. Kim
Chief Accounting Officer
Lea Y.H. Kim is the Chief Accounting Officer of Greenbrook Partners. Ms. Kim is responsible for all financial activities of the firm, including financial reporting, accounting, treasury and tax functions. Ms. Kim joined Greenbrook Partners from J.P. Morgan Chase where she was a Consultant to the Alternative Investments Financial Reporting Group. Prior to J.P. Morgan Chase, Ms. Kim worked at The Olayan Group for 14 years in a variety of positions, including Senior Accountant, Controller and Finance Manager, where her responsibilities included oversight of accounting, reporting and tax compliance. Before joining Olayan, Ms. Kim was a Tax Associate at Tishman Speyer. Prior to Tishman, she worked in accounting for four years at KPMG. Ms. Kim earned a B.S. in Architecture and Urban Design from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Pace University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Kate Samuels is a Director at Greenbrook Partners. Ms. Samuels oversees all design and construction activities of the firm. Prior to joining Greenbrook Partners, Ms. Samuels was an Associate Architect and Founding Member of DTLS Architecture where she managed multifamily, mixed-use and commercial projects of varying scope and scale in New York City. Before DTLS, she was a Project Manager with ODA and was responsible for residential, commercial and hospitality projects throughout the U.S. Prior to ODA, she was a Designer with ZGF Los Angeles focused on master planning large public and corporate projects. Ms. Samuels earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California, and a M.S. in Urban Design and Architecture from Columbia University.
Michael Grant is a Director at Greenbrook Partners. Mr. Grant oversees the asset management activities of the firm. Prior to joining Greenbrook Partners, Mr. Grant was a Senior Associate at Camber Property Group. In this role, he oversaw the asset management of a portfolio of multifamily, mixed-use and development projects, including regulated, affordable and luxury apartments. Previously, Mr. Grant was an Asset Manager with A&E Real Estate Holdings where he was responsible for multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout New York City. Mr. Grant earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Southern California.
Bogdan May is a Director at Greenbrook Partners. Mr. May oversees the firm's property management platform. He is responsible for property operations, strategic capital planning and enhancement of tenant-experience initiatives across Greenbrook assets. Prior to joining Greenbrook Partners, Mr. May was a Senior Property Manager with Wexford Property Management where he was responsible for a diverse portfolio of buildings throughout New York City ranging from single family townhomes to large apartment complexes. Before Wexford, Mr. May managed condominium, cooperative and rental properties for various companies, including Shore Towers, Omni Corporation and First Service Residential.
Thomas Quinn is a Director at Greenbrook Partners. Mr. Quinn oversees all leasing activities of the firm and manages third party brokerage relationships. Prior to Greenbrook Partners, Mr. Quinn was a Director of New Development at Reuveni Real Estate, a boutique real estate brokerage firm. In this role, he managed programming, design and marketing for residential projects In New York City of varying scope and scale. Before Reuventi, Mr. Quinn was a Senior Pre-Development Analyst at Stribling & Associates. Mr. Quinn earned a B.A. in History from Hobart College.
Senior Project Manager
Taylor Brown is a Senior Project Manager at Greenbrook Partners. Mr. Brown directs construction at all redevelopment projects with an emphasis on modernizing building systems and creating clean, energy efficient, sustainability-focused environments for residential and commercial tenants. Before joining Greenbrook Partners, Mr. Brown was a Project Manager at Empire State Realty Trust where he was responsible for tenant improvement and building infrastructure projects across a portfolio of Class A office properties in New York City. Prior to Empire, he was a Project Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle where he managed corporate interior construction and building infrastructure projects. Previously, he worked as a construction manager and project engineer at Ecosystem Energy Services and Mosto Technologies. Mr. Brown earned a B.E. in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Justin Fang is a Vice President at Greenbrook Partners. Mr. Fang is responsible for property accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting, and tax return preparation. Before joining Greenbrook Partners, Mr. Fang was a Senior Accountant at Magnum Real Estate Group where he was responsible for financial reporting and treasury functions. Mr. Fang earned a B.S. in Accounting from State University of New York at New Paltz.
Arden Scura is a Senior Associate at Greenbrook Partners. Ms. Scura supports the firm’s acquisitions and asset management activities. Before joining Greenbrook, she was an Associate at Scura Partners, a boutique investment bank, where she focused on M&A advisory and structured finance across a range of industries. Ms. Scura earned a B.A. in American Studies from George Washington University.
Povilas Bella is a Property Manager at Greenbrook Partners. Mr. Bella manages the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use buildings, and supports the firm’s construction management activities. Prior to joining Greenbrook Partners, Mr. Bella was a Capital Project Manager at Andrews Organization. In this role, he worked with condominium and cooperative boards, and building owners to execute physical improvements at properties throughout New York City. Previously, Mr. Bella was with Humphreys Realty Group where he was responsible for property operations and managing capital projects. Mr. Bella earned a B.A. in Communications from Baruch College.
Matt Patry is a Property Manager at Greenbrook Partners. Mr. Patry manages the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use buildings, and supports the firm’s construction management activities. Mr. Patry earned a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College.
Marci Soifer is a Project Coordinator at Greenbrook Partners. Ms. Soifer oversees the administration of property management and construction management functions. Before joining Greenbrook Partners, Ms. Soifer worked in real estate brokerage for Compass where she was responsible for the marketing, sale and rental of residential properties across New York City. Previously, she worked in brokerage at Douglas Elliman. Ms. Soifer earned a B.A. in Business Administration in Real Estate from Baruch College.
Jesse Montero is an Associate at Greenbrook Partners. Mr. Montero is responsible for bookkeeping activities including oversight of accounts payable, and providing the accounting team with support for tax preparation and reporting.
