Greg Fournier
Managing Principal
Greg Fournier is Managing Principal of Greenbrook Partners. Mr. Fournier leads the overall management of the firm, including oversight of acquisitions, deal execution, new business and financing activities. Prior to forming Greenbrook Partners, he was Managing Director at East End Capital, an operating company with 2.5 million square feet of office, retail and residential real estate in New York City. In this position, he directed all capital markets activities for the firm. Prior to East End, Mr. Fournier co-managed real estate investments at The Olayan Group, a private investment company based in New York City with $1.5 billion of invested equity in real estate. In this role, he oversaw direct real estate transactions and was responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing investments in public and private real estate companies, single asset and portfolio acquisitions, and development joint ventures. Mr. Fournier earned a B.A. in Economics from Boston University and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Fred LeCao
Principal
Fred LeCao is a Principal at Greenbrook Partners. Mr. LeCao is involved in all aspects of Greenbrook's investment activities with a primary focus on asset management and financing. Prior to joining Greenbrook Partners, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets and Portfolio Management at UC Funds, a private commercial real estate lender with $1.5 billion AUM. In this position, he led global capital raising and joint venture initiatives with institutional investors. Prior to UC Funds, Mr. LeCao was Vice President at Greenwood Energy, an investment subsidiary of Libra Group, a multi-billion dollar family office with extensive real estate holdings. Previously, Mr. LeCao was Vice President at BlackRock where he was responsible for underwriting commercial real estate debt investments across property types and markets. Mr. LeCao earned a B.S. in Business from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a recipient of the Robert Toigo Fellowship.
Lea Y.H. Kim
Chief Accounting Officer
Lea Y.H. Kim is the Chief Accounting Officer of Greenbrook Partners. Ms. Kim is responsible for all financial activities of the firm, including financial reporting, accounting, treasury and tax functions. Ms. Kim joined Greenbrook Partners from J.P. Morgan Chase where she was a Consultant to the Alternative Investments Financial Reporting Group. Prior to J.P. Morgan Chase, Ms. Kim worked at The Olayan Group for 14 years in a variety of positions, including Senior Accountant, Controller and Finance Manager, where her responsibilities included oversight of accounting, reporting and tax compliance. Before joining Olayan, Ms. Kim was a Tax Associate at Tishman Speyer. Prior to Tishman, she worked in accounting for four years at KPMG. Ms. Kim earned a B.S. in Architecture and Urban Design from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Pace University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
